Scheduled RFCs by Scope report allows a quick view of changes by scope. This is useful to know for planning resources. If changes are scheduled with a broad scope such as global, then it is important to have the appropriate resources assigned during the planning and go-live implementation. It is also important to have a well-tested backout plan just in case it is required. RFCs with a local scope are much lower risk and can be planned and implemented with this in mind. The report may be further refined to show all changes in increments of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months.
