Giva's cloud-based solution recognizes that IT organizations need to differentiate types of change requests. Routine or minor RFCs can be quickly approved by Change Managers, while urgent and major change requests can be sent to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) or Emergency Committee for review.
The Change Manager or a member of your emergency change management committee can also click on "Quick Approve" from the home page to approve urgent, minor or routine changes.
